Systems, automation and integrations

We map how the work actually happens, connect the tools and automate the work that repeats.

When you need this

  • “Every month we do this again by hand.”
  • “The information is in four places and none of them agree.”
  • “Someone left, and the knowledge left with them.”

What we do and what you get

  • Process mapping

How the work actually happens, not what the procedure says — which is where the reason something breaks turns up.

  • Integrations

Connecting the tools you already have so a value is entered once and appears everywhere it is needed.

  • Automation

Automating the work that repeats, after the process has been fixed rather than before.

  • Monitoring and documentation

An alert when something fails, a readable log, and documentation good enough for someone else to take over.

How we work

  1. 01Observation and mappingWatch the work happen; map what depends on what.
  2. 02RepairFix the process before putting an automation inside it.
  3. 03BuildingIntegrations and automations, one at a time, each tested.
  4. 04MonitoringAlerts, documentation and a clean handover.

What we need from you

  • Permission to talk to the people who do the work.
  • Access to the relevant systems, or someone who can grant it.
  • Agreement that a process may change rather than only be automated.

Where we stop

Not every organization needs one central system; sometimes several connected tools with clear ownership and monitoring are the responsible answer, and we will say so. We do not automate a process we have not watched run.

Common questions

Can you automate one process and be done?
Yes, if the process is clear. If not, we map it first — automating a broken process only scales the damage.
What happens when something fails?
On a monthly engagement, we handle it. Without ongoing support, your team owns the response, supported by the monitoring and documentation we hand over.

Ongoing partnership

Automations need an owner after launch: tools change and interfaces break. If you need ongoing support and monitoring, we can continue as your monthly technology partner.
