How we begin
You cannot design a brand without understanding the business, so we begin with discovery. The first conversation is free; if we proceed, that discovery is paid. From there we define the first move and the engagement: a focused project, advisory work, or an ongoing monthly technology partnership.
The right people for the work
We stay responsible for the problem and bring in the right people when more expertise is needed — the network is assembled around the project, not the project around whoever is free. When work needs certification, independent review or regulated expertise, that specialist joins: we manage the work and implement the findings, but we do not sign off on assessments we are not qualified to perform.
What stays in your control
We structure client accounts, data, access and project-specific deliverables so you retain control and the work can be handed over, subject to the project agreement. Project-specific deliverables, pre-existing and reusable components, SaaS, licensed and rented products and white-label arrangements do not all transfer the same way; the contract governs which is which. We work within the requirements that apply, and will not take responsibility for an approval that remains yours.
